2. Service
Voiz is an audio and video transcription service. Users upload their own recordings, or submit a link to publicly available media, and receive a text transcript. Optional AI-generated summaries of transcripts are also offered. The service is available through this website and through the Voiz browser extension.
Part of the service is provided free of charge under a monthly allowance, including a monthly allowance of 30 AI summaries in the browser extension. Usage beyond the free allowance is sold as prepaid credit packs.
3. Payments and Merchant of Record
Card payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for these transactions and is responsible for collecting applicable VAT and sales taxes. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Voiz does not store payment card data.
4. Intellectual Property
The Voiz name, website, and software are the property of the operator. You retain full ownership of the files you upload and of the transcripts generated from them.
5. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may also submit disputes through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
